Complementary Services
Bocato Cafeteria
Located on the seventh floor.
Service hours are Monday to Sunday, all day, except from 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. and from 9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Patients should not go to the cafeteria. The meals provided to patients follow a medical or nutritional prescription as an integral part of their treatment. For this reason, if the patient has dietary restrictions, you must not provide additional food.

Television Service
The television service in the patient’s room has an associated cost.
You can request more information at the Account Executive’s office, located in the hallway of the floor where you are staying.
ATM
Our institution has a Bancolombia ATM, located on the first floor next to the main entrance.
For safety and convenience, the institution has payment terminals (card readers) to receive partial or full payments using debit and credit cards.
Patients should not go to withdraw money, as they are not authorized to leave the supervised area.

Parking
Parking services are provided through the company CORPAUL.
Payment is made at the cashier booth of each parking facility when removing the vehicle.
The parking lot located at Calle 59 with Carrera 50C, diagonally across from the Emergency Department entrance, operates Monday to Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The parking lot located at Calle 59 No. 50A-35 operates Monday to Saturday from 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Miscellaneous Store
Located on the first floor of the Clinic, it is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It also offers photocopying services and Bancolombia PAC services.
Funeral Advisory
In partnership with Funeraria San Vicente, we have a funeral advisor responsible for guiding the family through the spiritual, administrative, and legal processes in the event of a patient’s death.
If this service is required, the nursing staff will contact the advisor and connect them with the family.
