Report of

Actualized Events

Always remember to report any event or situation you are aware of that has caused harm to individuals, financial loss, or reputational damage to the institution. Doing so supports our commitment to continuous improvement.

Reporting actualized events is essential to risk management, as it allows us to learn from experience, improve controls, prevent future losses, and strengthen the organization’s risk culture.

Who can report an event?
All members of the institution.

How to report an actualized event:

  • Through the form available on the Clinic’s website: https://clinicaces.edu.co/
